Complaint Review: Merchology

Merchology took my money, never answered their phone, and never delivered the product I paid for. Minneapolis Minnesota

I have been ordering from Merchology for several years. They were always more expensive but they always delivered the best product. In 2020 I had several orders that were delayed by a few weeks and there was great communication and I could easily call or email and check in about the order status. In 2021, however, it has been complete LT terrible. I placed several orders and all of them were delayed for months, several of which I eventually just called and demanded my money back. They did comply.

I believe they have gotten even worse now because I have ~$500 worth of product that I was told would ship months ago and now no one is responding to my emails or answering the phone. Steer clear of this company if you actually want to get what you pay for and DO NOT believe their estimated delivery times. Complete garbage.
