I signed up for a merchant one account for credit card processing. i signed and read the 4 page contract. Watch out for the small print. After you sgn the contract you will recieve a 90 page additional terms and conditions page. its very misleading and deceptive. When i decieded to cancel my account they told me there was a 1200$ cancellation fee.

I read over the terms and conditions book and could not find anything stating the cancellation fee was so much. i wrote and called there customer service 3 times and asked them why the cancellation fee was so much and to tell me what page number stated the cancellation fee. Marc lindor the customer rep, answered all my questions except this one, it was ignored every time. i cancelled my bank account in time so they would not just take my money.

They are also partnered with united bank card, this company has a ton of complaints with the better business bureau.

avoid dealing with these 2 companys at all costs!!!!

i have finally heard back from united bank card on exactly where the cancellaion fee is in the contract, it is not on the 4 page document you sign, its not in the cancellation fees section of the 90 page terms and conditions sections where it should be, its hidden in the addendum.
its very misleading, i am sure if they didnt put it there no one would sign up for there services.
