Complaint Review: Memphis Wood Fired Grills

As a consumer, I did do my research. Unfortunately nothing is really know about this company. I saw the grill and I liked what I saw at my local dealer. We bought the grill and it worked great! For about two years. Then the problems started. The dealer couldn’t help. She tried everything and then some. So I, like any consumer didn’t believe her. I called Memphis myself. Left not one message but 7 different messages. No one returned a call. Now I have a giant piece of steel sitting in my backyard literally dead. Display doesn’t work. Grill sets off the breakers. I’ve opted to remove this junk and replace it with a proven high quality grill. Be aware is all I will say. It seems the have bugs and flaws in there design and aren’t ready for the consumers. Hence there customer services is non-existent. It was hard even finding there actual address. A true and total disappointment. Save your money and don’t buy this grill.
