Scott and Melissa Black along with their listed accomplices have no place being business owners. Their management style is comparable to slave owners of the past. Which isn't at all surprising considering who they voted for.

Each employee has at least one story of verbal and emotional abuse directly from Melissa, and a few have examples of legitimate physical violence displayed by Melissa herself. I.E. Breaking things, throwing things, any action so she can regain control by fear.

They illegally witheld Overtime Pay money from their employees for months, and denied these claims when it came to light. They are spiteful individuals who spend time speaking negatively about their hard working employees at any turn. They've even gone so far as to pass around a photo of a specific employee and made fun of her size and appearance. 

Melissa's rash decision making led a client in Vegas to have her nails catch on fire. They turn a blind eye to drugs to be used within the facilities on a daily basis. Marijuana, cocaine, etc. They bribe their clients with discounts to get 5 star yelp reviews. They even fake their reputation!!

THIS IS NOT THE LOCAL BUSINESS YOU WANT TO SUPPORT!!

It is corrupt, and it is vile. - If you don't believe a word of this, have a conversation with any call center, front desk, waxer, tanner, hair stylist etc and they will confirm how much of a tyrant Melissa is and what a law breaking slimeball Scott is.

Thank you to the individual who wrote the rebuttle whomever you are, you clearly are someone who knows the company and it's people.  It is a shame that people grotesquely make false accusations about individuals and companies.  No company or individual is perfect but in our workplace we go out of our way to be fair and do the right thing.  Clearly these accustaions are written to hurt and are baselessly thrown out on the internet with anonymous identity.  I provide my identity here to face any accusations.  I sincerely feel sorry for how bitter and misguided one has to be to use this platform in a dishonest way.  Scott Black

 Melissa and Scott are the sweetest human beings. They have NEVER withheld any of our over time pay. Never have been rude, threatening, or abusive mentally, physically, emotionally or verbally. When I was in my car accident they even let me use their car while they were in Virginia. We cannot help that past employees that messed up in the past are bitter. Complaints like that should be taken to the labor board and since its utter And complete BS all you can do is slander a business your screwed up your amazing opportunity at. We DO not bribe our clients for 5 star reviews either. We have a fantastic & professional staff & we deserve our reviews. Hope your find your inner peace!

 I am very closely related to this story and know the truth. Yes, it’s true Melissa does not have much of a filter. One thing she does not do is body shame. She is on the heavier side, herself. She hires all types of individuals. Heavy, thin, gay, straight, trans, etc. Melissa and Scott have also gone out of their way to help every employee that needed help, monitarily, car loans, have helped employees with rent, and rareily ever get paid back. They’ve given certain individuals great referrels, despite individuals bad mouthing them on social media, which is in direct violation of exit contracts signed by individuals.

One of the individuals that was listed actually discovered some mistakes on payroll, brought it to Scott’s attention, and spent many nights going back through payrolls in the past to find out who was shorted and how much. A Certain employee demanded immediate pay, before they could even investigate the payroll mistakes. Any mistake was corrected. The issue with the client’s nails that caught on fire was an accident. Scott drove the client to the hospital, personally. It was NOT an incident that Melissa caused. They do NOT turn a blind eye to drugs and alcohol and this is a serious accusations.

They have actually offered to help employees they fear have a problem w drugs and alcohol and try to help them get help. They are a business and yes, they do ask for positive reviews, as most local businesses do. They pay competitive wages and offer healthcare. Please do not believe everything you read and find out the real stories. Getting fired from your job for something you did does not give you the right to make fake posts that are slanderous.
