I agree with the report submitted by John in San Francisco. This company said I did not send in my sales receipt and refused my claim. I did send in my receipt. They used this as an excuse to reject the claim. Calls to them did no good. I am contacting CompUSA where I bought the software to inform them of this company and that they are ripping off the public.
