On October 24, 2001 I sent a US Postal Money Order in the amount of $250.00 to MCI Worldcom Wireless Deposit Administrator 901 Stewart Avenue Garden City, New York 11530, for a deposit that they said was required to get cellular service with them. The money order was received on October 27, 2001 Priority Mail and cashed on November 8, 2001.

Since then I have not heard anything from Worldcom in the form of a cellular phone, letter, fax, phonecall or email (being that I included all of said information in the envelope with the deposit.) Since November 10, 2001 I have called over twenty Worldcom Wireless numbers, these are the ones that were rude and unprofessional: 877-551-1656, 800-507-9545, 800-432-4557, 800-254-2991, 800-7450255, 888-259-2956, 800-449-2269, 800-507-9554, 800-507-9545, 877-877-2600.

Whenever I got to speak to a live person, they would never let me speak to a manager or a supervisor, they always gave me the run-a-round and a different number to call. Some of the numbers would just state that do to high call volume try your call again later, to which I did for nine (9) days straight and still no one picked up the line. On December 18, 2001 I spoke with a young lady that refused to give her name, but told me to send her supervisor a copy of the money order.

I then sent a fax to Attn: Ellen Scurry about 15 minutes later at 516-228-1389 ST. TIME 13:37, along with a request to please call me upon receipt of fax. To which she never has. I'm very disappointed in the customer service of Worldcom Wireless, and I have written letters to the Public Utilities Commission, my local public officials and even the FBI to report unfair practices on Worldcom's part, and with all the suffering that is going on in our great nation; The United States of America, you would think after the way Worldcom Wireless customers are being treated, Osama Bin Laden was behind this also.

Because true American Business would not treat it's citizens like it is. If their is any way this service can make contact for me to get back my money I would truly appreciate it.
In closing I feel that if those of us that got ripped off would rally together and start a class action lawsuit it would prevent others from being ripped of as well. Sincerly A dis-satisfied American Citizen
