Michael Pernecky, the owner of the McDonald's franchises in the San Gabriel Valley needs to be dethroned by the corporate office in Chicago.  If you look up his business, his acumen is less than savory as it relates to the AMOUNT OF LAWSUITS that had and have been filed against his company. He is a franchisee, therefore, he believes he is unaccountable to horrific ways his employees treat his customers.  Not so.

I secured an attorney due to horrific treatment thrust upon me from Sandra - who self-proclaims to be the manager, and  also from Jorge, who is the supervisor. The both of them must be fired immediatly.

Long story made short, I visited McDonald's to order a food item.  I gave Sandra my money to pay for said item.  She gave me change from the money left over (as I gave her a larger bill), and it dropped as I was trying to read the receipt that was at the bottom of the change. When I picked up my change, Sandra accused me of attempting to steal money from their donation box located near the dropped coins of which was a boldfaced false accusation.  I was aghast, greatly upset, very stressed which ultimately triggered my anxiety and depression.  

I called McDonald's Corporate number immediately after I returned home.  The representative noted the complaint and said the owner would call me.  4 calls total for the owner to call me yet no response from the owner which is Mr. Pernecky. I did, however, receive a message from an alleged regional manager named, "Jack" who told me to call him regarding my concern.  

When I called back to the phone number, it was THE STORE where I was mistreated and abused by Sandra. Sandra and her cohorts who answered the phone when I tried to reach Jack a few times, lied and said Jack took a vacation and hadn't told them. Finally,  Jorge sent a form letter, in which he lied indicating he tried to reach me.  

My phone records show he never attempted.  When he and I finally connected, I attempted to tell him what happened and he was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND KEPT SAYING, "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?" while I was explaining the situation.

I retained an attorney.  I filed for compensation.  Guess what? SUDDENLY I hear from the owner through the person of his insurance agent for the restaurants who says I cannot  be compensated, because nothing can be proven beyond me feeling "slighted."  

Well Mr. Pernecky  - your dishonest, scammy and slimy crew will make you lose your businesses. Please know that I am a Christian.  Isaiah 54:17.  Read it.  Your inept staff mistreated a child of Jesus Christ, God has the Final Say and so I say, "Amen".'
