I purchased a car from the dealership on Wednesday Nov. 7. On the 8th the car was broken down and needs a engine replacement. I was driving the car when the check engine light came on and oil was leaking from the car less than 24 hours after purchase. I pushed it inot the Sears autocenter where the mechanic determined that the car had to much oil in it which caused the pressure to throw a rod into the oil pan ruining the engine. The salesman olf my girlfriend and I that they had changed the oil and that they change the oil on all of their cars. When the dealership was made aware of the problem they told me that yes they did change the oil and that I needed to contact Hazem at 9:30 the next morning. He told me he wasn't sure about the oil and to call him back in hour. When I called back he said that the salesman and manager were wrong, the oil wasn't changed by them, and he wasn't responsible for the bad engine and he then hung up the phone. I called back and he said he didn't have to tell me any information about the car and that he isn't responsible for the car, "it's now your problem not mine." I believe that the car is a lemon and don't really have the money to both fix the car and get a lawyer for the case. The total damages will exceed $3000 after I already paid over $8000 cash for the car. If any lawyer see his and wants to help please contact me.
