Complaint Review: MATTRESS WAREHOUSE

I purchased a brand new mattress from this guy his name is Alex and it arrived broken on the edges, I called him the next day to let him know and he said he would see what he can do. He also had told me I won't need the box springs for the bed being it was a platform but come to find out the box spring is needed on this bed.

I told him that I needed them and he said he would send it to me. He never picked up my phone calls again kept my money and didn't change the broken mattress he sold me.
