Mattress firm Denied warranty Littleton Colorado
Purchased a sterns and foster mattress from the rip off firm after only 1 month it was sagging worse than my ten year old mattress after calling to schedule a warranty inspection I was told that we have to pay for that inspection ( really) scheduled inspection and 37 days later they come and take a few picture 42 days later they send a denial letter with no return comments. I guess once they have your money they no longer care , I would not buy a mattress from them or a Sterns and Foster mattress it has sunk over 2-1/2 inches and now is causing severe back pain . Stay away from all stores they will only take your money.
