I bought a matress less than 2 years ago for a home I live in part time. It has big indetations where we sleep with a high spot in center. I called to report, had to pay $40.00 to have someone out to asses it. The man was very surprised at how it had indented in such a short time. A week later I got a letter from the company that the inspection report revealed the measurements met the manufactures standard and are considered normal body impressions! We have slept on this bed for 6 months!!! This was a $4600.00 sterns and foster mattress. Very unhappy will not go back there.
