Complaint Review: Master Set Tile

Hired said company for a large upscale kitchen tile job. No show on first day, after dragging out the work they raised the price 1500 dollars and threatened legal action against me and my mother in law of we did not pay for the additional labor because they ordered and installed the wrong color tile. Additionally their "professional " installers were smoking weed in their truck out front of my home! Disgusted but the unprofessional and crooked tactics this company uses . We tried to resolve this with the owner, and he was no better, bursting into foul language and hanging up on us. We will be seeking legal action. Shame on you Chester Grobleski .
