Massage Green Spa Won't refund credit balance Tampa FL
Have been paying a monthly membership fee which includes one free massage per month. I did not go every month and built up a large credit amount.
I scheduled a massage a couple of weeks ago and showed up the next day for the appointment only to find they had abruptly closed. No notice or explanation to customers at all. Phone calls are not returned.
Tried contacting their corporate headquarters and they also do not answer the phone or return voice mails or emails.
