First of all, please read ALL reviews not just the positive ones. Take note of what prior customers have said. Be warned not to use this company.

I do understand how complicated my personal situation is because of being self employed and I went in with realistic expectations. I called them originally because they advertise they can help customers get approved in my situation.

Apparently, that's not true.

They say ANYTHING to get you to pay them to just PROCESS your credit application. I actually had no problem paying, at the time I figured things would go smoothly and work out. I paid on a Monday, via TEXT. This lady does not call you on the phone EVER. I did NOT hear anything after that. UNTIL I texted to ask what happens next. Like, I text that every single day.

IF you don't get approved you are supposed to be refunded, however, I am still waiting on my refund. Luckily, I only paid $500 not $1000 like the sales person asked me for.

I feel bad for those who really need a house and do not have disposable money to pay and get it tied up.

This is a tactic to keep you obligated to work with them and not go elsewhere. It's like shady old school car salesman tactics.

Meanwhile, she only submitted my info to one bank. She said that there were multiple banks, but I have my doubts.

This has been a very disappointing experience to say the least. I believed what I was told. The salesperson would go and NOT communicate, even when I had questions that were important. This has gone on for weeks and weeks.

The ONLY time I would get a text back (basically the ONLY way to talk to her) was when it was about money. period. OR when I said I wanted my refund.

I first texted about my refund at 11:46am and again at 5:12pm and she responded and said she would put in a 'request' for my refund.

The next morning I did call the office and left a message for the GM, I wanted to talk about my entire experience. He did not return my call which is also disappointing. If the GM would talk to people treated poorly maybe they could change their processes and fix this mess.

The next morning, I had to use the chat feature on the website to get any kind of response in regards to my refund.  Because at this point I honestly didn't trust she would do what she said. Since she hadn't up to this point.

Around 5:15pm yesterday, The salesperson sent me this LONG text that was what you would send to a friend, not a customer.

She told me she was SAD that I would call the office and make her look bad. She continued to text me this long feel sorry for me text that was really not needed. I am sorry, this was to be a business transaction, I am a friendly person, but I am not your friend.

She's sad that I would call the office to ask for the GM to talk about my situation and ask for my money back? As a customer, I have every right to do that. I also have the right to ask what's going on with my applications and situations.

Again, I do understand my situation is a tricky one. But, not impossible. These people take advantage of those who feel they have NO other choice.

There are other choices, look in San Antonio, Houston or Harlingen for better options for houses. They will deliver anywhere in Texas now.
