Magix software .exe file and product serial number was not included to download software. Berlin Germany
I brought Vegas Movie Studion from Best Buy in Jacksonville, Florida. The box says to go to the web-site and they will send you a .exe file to download the product. I felled out the information and I recieved a e-mail but it did not contain the information I needed.
I tried to contact tech support but they never responded. I am going to contact Best Buy and suggest that they don't sell this product and contact the Florida Attorney General and explain to them that this company is ripping off the public.
