Complaint Review: Magic Jack

Magic Jack I purchased a one year plan. From day one, the service did not work. Texted and talked with someone from their technical support department and was told my unit does not work! He said i need a new unit.  It's been 2.5 weeks. They are ripping me off!! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with!!

I purchased a  one year plan. From day one, the service did not work. Texted and talked with someone from their technical support department and was told my unit does not work! He said i need a new unit. Call customer service,  said i have to pay $25 for new unit. But i just paid $45.10 for a service that i could never use! So i was told customer support would call me in 2 days, and im still waiting 2 weeks later!!!

Just called again. They cancelled my account but said due to their agreement,  i cannot receive a refund, even though their site says you have 30 days to claim a refund. It's been 2.5 weeks. They are ripping me off!! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with!!
