Complaint Review: Magen's Bay

I have owned a timeshare at Magens Bay since 2012, I have been threatened into paying the yearly dues even thought the owners have been claiming bankruptcy & chaning the name of the property. There a group & I am/was of that the AG of the Virging Islands was going after Michael Shelby who was the last owner before the hurricane hit. I have paid out close to 6,000.00 for a time share that has been getting refurbished or the owners keep closing to file bankruptcy.  People need to know not to purchase from these scam artists....
