Complaint Review: Lynnwood Gun and Ammunition

My wife and I had been discussing purchasing a gun for home security.  My wife took the initiative to go to Lynwood Gun and Ammunition to gain some knowledge as we know nothing about guns.  She wanted to find out what would be the best gun for home security.  She purchased a Browning lever action rifle after what she describes as being pressured by staff at Lynwood Gun to buy and which we have come to find out through instructors at our local range is completely inappropriate for home defense in what they describe as "close quarters" situations.

 When we approached the staff at Lynwood Gun and Ammunition about why they recommended this gun, they acted like my wife came in and specifically asked for this gun - again, we know nothing about guns.  When we requested a refund and informed them that we would be taking our business elsewhere, they became combative and disrespectful and refused to grant us a refund even though they were the ones who misled and pressured my wife into the purchase.  

BUYER BEWARE: Lynwood Gun & Ammunition will lie, cheat, and steal to get your money.  Only enter if you are knowledgeable about guns.
