After giving Turi a large deposit for landscaping, he has not done the landscaping and promised to return our funds for almost a month now. Day 2, he showed up, day 3 and 4, he had food poisoning day 5 he had a truck accident, day 6 his daughter was sick and had to take to the doctor, day 7&8 weekend, does't work.
Day 9 he will give us back our money, then the next 3 - 4 weeks "I'll be over tomorrow, I'll put it in your mail box, I'll be there at 11am, I'll be there at 8pm, etc, etc.
We only hired him because he came with a trusted neighbor who I thought knew him, turns out he too his money too. When we offered to come to him to pick up the check, he went ballistic screaming at us "I am honest." He is not. Turns out his license is expired.
