Complaint Review: Luca Financial Express

I like so many others have been ripped off by Luca Financial Express. I had $249.00 debited out of my account 3 months ago and still haven't seen my credit card. Today when I called I could hear a customer service agent in the background telling another client the same information they were telling me. The card should come within days!!!! The customer representative was laughing at the other agent (Ha Ha real funny to the thousands of people that have gotten ripped off. Whoever is getting rich off of this deal should take his Mexican Vacation and shove it. Melissa Kittanning, Pennsylvania
