Lowe’s Lowe’s attempted to charge me on PayPal for 6 times in the amount of 549.03 for one single order. 4 attempts were declined as I didn’t have enough funds to cover 6 times 549.03 but they succeeded to extort 2 times of the amount for one order under one order number. California

Working Report Title This is what your title looks like so far Lowe’s Lowe’s attempted to charge me on PayPal for 6 times in the amount of 549.03 for one single order. 4 attempts were declined as I didn’t have enough funds to cover 6 times 549.03 but they succeeded to extort 2 times of the amount for one order under one order number. Phone called are not answered, online chat is unsuccessful. They are denying the fact that they charged duplicate. Talked to corporate office with a manger, no luck. The manager called PayPal was advised to reverse the charge, still didn’t do it claiming only one charge even after PayPal confirmation that Lowes charged 2 times.

Lowes Called my bank and got confirmation that they charged twice, still denied duplicate charges. Lowes forced me to cancel my order, which is only one order and lowes is not taking responsibility to refund the unauthorized charge. My bank told me that I have to dispute the transaction which will take up to 45 days.

My bank got overdraft and by taking all my funds from my account will leave us hungry without food, gas and medications until and if they refund the charges. Nearly 1100 dollars disappeared from my bank, my order is not fulfilled and Lowes deprived us , two elderly disabled persons from our necessities for daily living. California
