Shawn Kane stated he had an investor that wanted to buy my property for $20,000.00. All I had to do was pay $981.00 up front expenses. That was 8/15/2018. Almost 3 years ago. When I complained he promised to reimburse me one half of my money. That did not happen either. All I want to say is: do not do business with Shawn Kane of Lot Hunters in Florida.

shawn kane, who claimed to be working for investment earth, cold called and told me he had buyers for a piece of land i own in fla. He claimed to have multiple buyers at a fair market price and i foolishly paid him over $900 for what he verbally said was an immanent sale. He never contacted me again. I called him every few months for a year and each time he reassured me that the sale was immanent. When i called him through invesrment earth company that he claimed he worked for, he called me back and told me not to try to reach him through the company again, but through only through the direct number he gave me. He seemed a bit perturbed that i called the company. To be fair a fool and his money are soon parted, and i should have known that a deal that is too good to be true - never pans out. It is now three and a half years since i signed the contract for him to sell the property and i have long since realized that it is a waste of my time to try to contact mr. Kane. Will never do business with shawn kane or this company again.
