I purchase this system and installed it and was told to download the LOREX HOME APP FROM GOOGLE PLAY STORE after installing the cameras:    After  installing the cameras. And download the Lorex home app  the app states it cannot find the device even though I  scan the QR code and put in the information manually.

I have repeatedly called the number provided and cannot get through, this device is sold all over the world and still it is not working. I have spent money on this and to no avail or satisfaction.

How can they be selling a device and it does not work all over the world and Amazon is selling them and their tech support phone does not work from where i am and constantly getting the same generic message from their sales person about about calling  a number which does not work.

This is totally unsatisfactory.
