Complaint Review: Lorex Technology

Lorex Technology -- Lorex Wireless Cameras Called 5 times in 18 days for warranty replacement of a failure monitor but never happen. Wireless system monitor failed after 2 month purchased. Linthicum Heights Maryland

Dear sir/Madam:

 

I ordered and bought direct from Lorex website, Order number: L358397 Purchased date: June 6, 2015, Model No.: LW491HD. Price: $574.45

 

I bought Lorex wireless cameras system about 2 months ago, after my cameras system went down on August 17, 2015 and created ticket number: 1265359 online needed help, but its helpless. This product was warranty 1 year and technical support.

 

First, on August 18, 2015, around 3:00pm PST, I talked Mr. Ross technical support; he said the hardware failure and determined to replace the monitor. He also said that call Lorex customer services if you don’t get help within 3 business days. I called them but No help

 

Second, on August 26, 2015, around 6:00am PST, I talked to Mr. Joshua who customer service and he said with 24 to 48 hours I would get the tracking number for shipping replacement of monitor. Not true and No help again.

 

Third, on August 28, 2015, around 7:15am PST, I talked to Mr. Sam who customer service and he said same thing again within 24 to 48 hours I would get tracking number. Not true and helpless again.

 

Forth, on August 31, 2015, around 7:25 am PST, I talked to Mr. Shaun who customer service and he said the monitor is available in stock now, and said within 24 hours they would contact me and give me the tracking number. Not true and helpless again.

 

Fifth, on September 3, 2015, around 6:10am PST, I called again and talked to Mr. Joshua once again, he said it has been processed and he would personally email me the tracking number within 24 hours, but never happen. Again, it is not true and helpless.

 

Total 5 calls in 18 days without help, they kept telling a lie within 24 hours sending email with tracking number. I am so tired of that. I need full refund. If they send replacement could be a bad monitor again. I don’t trust them now.

 

My wife and I are anxious to get system running again and tried several calls without help. We asked why we paid $574.45 for bad product and no customer services from Lorex help us to resolve the problem. So, we created another ticket on August 31, 2015 for refund and ticket number: 1304392. No one from Lorex has responded since ticket created except auto email reply. We were exhausted.

 

Please help us with your authority to make Lorex company do the right thing for Americans and thank you very much.
