LoJack Refused refund

When I bought the LoJack the dealer told me if I wanted a refund on equipment I could not get one. But if I wanted one on the warranty  just write them and cancel. I wrote and told then after just sending a check to renew we are selling the car, it had not been 2 weeks. I got a E-mail telling me they would not give me a refund. I am a Senior Citzen $99.00 is hard to come by, Lojack is ripping people off since it can not be used by anyone else and they just pocket the money. This should be against the Law!! How dare they RIP PEOPLE OFF LIKE THIS.....They should be ashamed, which I am sure they are not!!
