I hired LLG (Lorrie) to assist me writing a parenting time agreement. After 4 months of asking for the assistance, and one long phone call detailing the issues, and one short phone call months later to get exactly what I wanted to have in it(after I opened a PayPal claim) she begged me to close the PayPal claim and promised to send it that day.
That was nearly a month ago, my court date has passed and she has still not sent it. She has blocked me on all social media platforms(purchased through Facebook) and blocked me on messenger. Does not respond to emails or texts. I was promised a refund (in writing) if she didn’t follow through. She has neither followed through nor sent the refund. I am disheartened as she is supposed to be helping people in bad situations and instead she is taking their money and not following through.
