Liss Property Group - William Billy Fraud & Crook ~ Disputed 2 cards and will not pay for product delivered Gladwyne Pennsylvania
In March of this year William Liss od Liss Properties order a box of Cuban cigars which were delivered. He then disputed the card claiming fraud charge. He then contacted and asked to pay the amount of US$304.88 usisng another visa card via phone call.
William Liss then disputed that charge once again in April claiming again card fraud. since then several messages and emails have gone unanswered. I have searched on Google and it seems this man and his family are a bunch of swindlers and crooks. Seems there into to faux real estate advertising pictures of apartmenst which don't exist.
Be warned other cigar websites....blacklist this crook and fraud!
