I have hired Lisa and another listing agent (Let's call her 'Ms. M'), to sell a house. The formal signature is from Ms. M. I do not know of their arrangement about how to split the commission.

Lisa brings a contractor she highly recommended, who turned out to be a disaster. I fired Lisa and the other listing agent.

Lisa Swann immediately texted me the following: "My understanding from A (Name of another agent) is that you are no longer listing your home. I will go ahead and B (Name of her contractor) work on other listings I need to get on the market by next week. He can come back to your house when the others are done. Thank you Lisa Swann" "I will call C (Name of an internal designer) and cancel the staging also." "I was helping A (Name of another listing agent) and she said she no longer is working with you. You are no longer a priority." "I am done helping you. So are my contractors. Good luck!"

The contractor Lisa brought in eventually did more damage than help to the project (delay, delay and delay, substandard craftsmanship, breaking cables of the neighbor, failed to get the permit from the city in time.) The sales season was missed. 

I report the issue to the Rawls Group and ask them to stop Lisa from vandalizing the project. (Jim Alexander, Quinn Moore) Rawls group decided to do nothing about it.

I wish you all to have this piece of information before deciding to have any business relationship with Lisa Swann.
