What a nightmare this has been. Linda didn't not only not fully disclose information that was known to her, she hide other info from me. hired an inspection company that she got a kick back from. did not have my best interest at heart. took advantage of the situation. less than one week into my new condo, the east roof caved in, then the entire carport caved in. cracks in front room, sun room and master bedroom now forming as well. i have been in condo less than two months. was in with the seller realtor as well. found a note saying aren't we good, we got her to buy this place.
ha ha....then to try and make things right after i contact a lawyer she said she hired a licnsed contractor to fix roofs, but he wasn't he was amaintaince specialist. she also got a kick back from him too. i am disalbed and on a fixed income. used all my money to buy this palce and now i am scrwed. she was suppose to give me a $250 check at the time of clsoing and she kept it. turned her into the bbb, attorney generals office and adre for real estate. if your in az, please save yourself alot of headaches and money and go with someone who is a paper pusher, who does her job with a heart and has your best interest at heart.
