Lila Tangiers - Bellydance Costumes at bellydance@earthlink.net ripped me off
I sent a deposit for a Halloween Costume to a woman named Lila Tagier in the amount of $50.00. There was never ANY MENTION that this deposit was non refundable, EVER. It was only to hold the costume so it would not be sold to any one else. I have been experiencing financial difficulties, & had to cancel my reservation. She now refuses to return my money. What any EASY 50 bucks for HER!

The fact that Ms 'Tangiers' aka Philips demands in writing on her site that customers pay for Paypal and credit card fees should be a tip-off to customers that there may be unsavory business practices at work.
It is illegal and against all credit card and consumer laws for a merchant to pass on the fees they are charged for accepting CC cards!
PayPal makes that quite clear on its site, just as ebay forbids it.
Tagiers/Philips also sells on ebay under the name of missnomad (and had several other IDs, one of which all feedback has been made private) so she knows better.
Some people will just do whatever they think they can get away wtih.
I offer that info so others do not get burned by her via any auctions.
