Lifesmart Nothing no sponse Massachusetts
Tried contacting customer service 4 separate times with no response at all. Need a thermister in order to have this unit work but nothing from the company. Do they sell these items through Home Depot and other store and your on your own after the purchase. Home Depot had me contact the company and the phone numbers on the unit for custumer service aren't in service, so what Do you Do when you have an issue with a product, throw it away and buy a new one? I don't think so that why companies have customer service but you can't get a hold of Lifesmart.com. So beware of their products if it need anything, under warrenty or no ,you cant contact them. Even Home Depot associate tried for and couldn't get through so how is the consumer going to.
