Lifengraved.com We ordered July 2nd. Never got it. We always get the same copy-paste answers.

We ordered july 2nd. We followed up 3 weeks later, they said it was ready to ship that week. Never got it. 

Again this week, we followed up and got the same copy-paste answer: we admire the patience you have shown / I understand your concern. But we make sure that we will be shipping your order within this week. / But I promise we will keep your order as first priorty and make sure to be shipped this week... 

... blah blah creating an unique piece of art blah blah backed up with all the orders blah blah it will ship this week and it takes between 4-6 weeks to get it blah blah.... Oh, and everybody is named Mark Brown :-/

I guess we lost 100$.

After many follow-up emails and Messenger conversations, our piece was finally shipped and we ACTUALLY GOT IT!!!

Life lesson: do your follow ups and DON'T COUNT THE WEEKS

My name is Hassan Bazzi and I am the owner at Lifengraved.com

1) I have never scammed anyone in my life

2) Lifengraved.com is a legitimate metal engraved art business

4) We started on June 8th, 2018 and we started to do massive volume of orders and in order for us to get our PROCESSES down we had to advertise an average lead time of 2-4 weeks. That's AVERAGE. Some customers orders have take taken 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks, 4-6 weeks, or 6-8 weeks. IT'S JUST THE BEGINNING OF OUR PRODUCTION SYSTEM.

We have not wronged anybody, we have not stolen from anybody and we have not done a single thing wrong. 

Have orders taken a long time to get to customers? YES, they have but this has only been temporary. It's taken time and that's quite normal. The industry standard for metal engravings in volume of this sort is 4-6 WEEKS - it is very very normal to have had customers wait this long and the reason why it seems like we are scamming people and conducting fraudulent activity is because of people like YOU who have nothing better to do then complain every single day.

We advertise ALL OVER our website regarding our lead time and our shipping process. We even have it on ALL of our product pages in the description so that customers can see it.

We have done nothing wrong anyone, we are a STARTUP and we are working hard to ensure that everyone is happy with their order. Customer satisfaction and better lead times are NOW possible.

It's hard for me to understand where you get the proof that we are "scammers" and go completely out of your way to post accusations like this of my company.

It's sad. I wish you would use your head.

i don't see your name in our system even, if you email me at hassan@lifengraved.com and give me your order information - I'll go ahead and refund your order even if it still gets shipped to you.

Completely ridiculous that you feel the need to spam our Facebook page, Instagram page, TrustPilot page, everywhere we have a presence and even RipoffReport.com

Email me and I'll refund you.
