Isn't it great how companies like these can rip off the American public. I would have never caught this because the charges are always on the last page of my phone bill on the reverse side. And isn't it just great that the FCC allows such practices, giving companies like these the right to charge you through your phone bill. I was billed for three months until our bookkeeper caught it on this month's bill and then went back and found two more billings for previous months.

I first contacted our wonderful Liberty Online Services. When they told me that it was not there policy to refund money I then told them what steps I was taking and did so. The only thing I didn't tell them was about this report I am sending to you because I didn't discover all these reports on their company until I tried to look up their web address.

After I contacted them by phone, I then contacted my phone company and they credited back all the money that Liberty Online billed them and me for. I then e-mailed the FCC of Texas and then contacted the Better Business Bureau of Florida. Isn't it interesting that the only three people I talked to or heard a recording of were none of American origin.
