Lew Magram, Ltd. Ripped me Off! *Consumer Comment
Lew Magram sent me a catalogue. I ordered a sweater that I really liked and more later than sooner sent me a credit certificate and said it was out of stock.
I then ordered something else and that was also out of stock so I got another certificate.
Now I'm stuck with 2 certificates that I have no use for because they stopped sending me catalogues to order out of. Yesterday I tried to find there phone number in information to call them and surprise no listing.

This is the kind of 'goings on' that makes me somewhat wary of E Bay.

Lew Magram, Ltd. Ripped me Off! (#8009)
They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report:
Their email: adolphchrist@godisdead.com
Their name: Adolph
Their relationship to the company: Owner
Rebuttal:
Now this is STRANGE! E Bay currently has 31 items listed for sale
identified with the seller name "Lew Magram". The seller on the individual pages is identified by E Bay as "muphinn", who shows a satisfactory sales history, and this "seller" has apparently been active under this name for some time now.
Mr. Magram's 'phone number, 201-833-8500 is disconnected.
I guess it would be interesting for someone to explore the apparent connection between this currently active E Bay seller using the name "Lew Magram" as an apparent 'hook' and the missing Mr. Magram.
This is the kind of 'goings on' that makes me somewhat wary of E Bay.

er, 201-833-8500 is disconnected.
