I purchased 4 Trojan 6 volt golf cart batteries for installation in my boat to operate the cabin when not on shore power. I had a professional marine company install the batteries. Upon energizing the system, two of the batteries exploded. The marine company took the batteries to a local battery shop and found out that two of the batteries were wired backwards at the factory (reverse polarity)!!

It took over three months for Les Schwab and Trojan to admit that it was even there problem. I paid for all of the repairs while Les Schwab and Trojan finally sent the information to their insurance carrier. Their carrier delayed settlement, lost the file, changed agents, etc. etc.

Les Schwab Tire Center did not and will not stand behind the product they sold. They would not even help in resolving the matter after several letters to them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the were very misleading and misrepresented the facts in their response letter.

My opinion of the Les Schwab Tire Company has changed greatly for the worse through this experience with them.
