Les Schwab Tire Centers Anti-theft wheel bolt adapter taken..."nothing we can do" Littleton Colorado
My wife had a flat tire fixed by this Les Schwab location a while ago. I was driving her car and got a flat - different tire. I went to put the emergency spare on and the anti-theft wheel bolt adapter was missing. I called the Les Schwab location where my wife had a wheel taken off...between then and now the wheels had never been taken off by anyone else. Me...Sitting on the side of the road...called Les Schwab...Les Schwab worker says it has been too long ago and there is nothing they can do because they don't know what has happened between the time they worked on it and now. I am being questioned about my honesty and credibility but someone that works at Les Schwab has my ANTI-THEFT adapter...hmmmm. Who should be questioning who? How about find my adapter and return it...PLEASE!!! I'm having fun waiting on a tow now since I can't simply put the emergency spare on...Thanks Les Schwab!
