Complaint Review: lenscrafters

i just got a new pair of lens from lenscrafters one month ago, you guys work really hard and patient to customers then i introduced my friends to lenscrafter to have their new glasses. (see how kind i am)  however, when i just receive my new glasses, i notice there is something similar to crash on lens, and it make shadow when light comes , but it is not, just looks like crash.  since i bought the high quality one,it's impossible get crash because it cost my about 400 dollars,, so i believe it's the matter of quality of the lens.  then i back to store and told the workers about my problem, they are nice said they would give me a new pair of lens, and asked me back to take it in 1 hour, when i back to the store, they told me it is already, unfortunately, they did not give me new one. it still that old pair. i am so sad because they cheat on me! cheat! when i back to store 3rd time, they tell to wait 7-10 days they will reorder a new pair for me, 2 weeks, later they call me told me the lens is still on the way, sad,!! one week later (yesterday) i went to the store, they give the another pair which is not my vision.how come? again, ask me to wait. it is one month already , how long i still need to wait?

so sad, i planned to go to the store next monday, if they still need me to wait, then i gonna find a lawyer, sue the store.
