Lenscrafters Glasses do not last Fairfax, Virginia
I purchased an expensive pair of eyeglasses from lenscrafters about a year ago. One of the coatings started to fail making it hard to read. I asked for them to correct the problem. Lenscrafters refused saying the glasses were too old and the frames were one-time use frames.
I will never do business with them again and would advise others to do the same.
