I received a phone call in late November from Fresh Start, a credit card company. The man said his name was Nigel Parker. He had a foreign accent and spoke very bad English.

He said that I was approved for a mastercard with a $2500 credit line. He said that all I needed to do was pay a one-time fee of $221.95 that they would take out of my checking account. He also had me to be "recorded" with all of the information about me and my checking account.

He told me I would get the card in the mail in about 2-3 weeks.
December 20 past and I still did not have a credit card, that I was planning to use for Christmas. This was 17 days after they had taken $221.95 from my bank account.

I called Lenox Capital around Dec. 20th, at 678-239-0133 and the phone was disconnected. I called again in January and I only get
a recording saying " Please wait for then next available rep."
