I ordered 3 bundles of hair and 1 closure. The texture requested was deep wave. There is a $2  upcharge for deep wave per bundle and closure. I paid for shipping, I used PayPal as my payment method and paid the PayPal fee. The prices for the hair reflected the order for being deep wave. E.G straight hair may be $20... Well deep wave would be $22. 

 The hair came in time however, the hair received was straight hair. I didn't request straight hair and I paid for deep wave. I sent her a message with a screenshot of my original request and a picture of the hair received. She was very apologetic and  said that it was her fault. She was going to see what she could do to fix the problem.





I felt like she should have either paid for the shipping of the hair to go back to her and send me the correct hair. Because she was so apologetic, I told her I would pay for more hair (the hair that was needed from the beginning) minus the upcharge, PayPal fee and shipping because I paid that on my first order which was incorrect.

She wanted me to see if I could sell the hair and then buy more hair from her.... When I told her I could not she then said she would get with her supervisor to see you what could be done. This went back and forth for 3-4 days. She told me she could only offer me $10 off on another purchase! Why would she not fix her mistake?

This definitely made me feel like it was purposely done so I could order more hair. She asked if I could just make it deep wave texture .. no it doesn't work like that and why would I do that if it's not what I paid for? I hope they didn't do more people like this.
