Complaint Review: Legacybox

Legacybox lost my tape and tried to say I did not send it. I paid for 20 tapes and methodically placed the provided stickers on the media; #19 went missing. When you dig deep into the online reviews you can find where this has happened to others as well. 

This is something that is irreplaceable...memories gone forever.

Of the digital copies I rec'd, some were of poor quality, i.e. tracking issues, blurry. I do not have this problem when played back on my home VCR.

Inside Edition did an expose on this company in 2019...google it.
