I contacted Legacy after seeing Corey's youtube videos. Ultimately, i paid them $1,000 to act as my advocate to the IRS. After that, they became impossible to get updates or help from. They had me sign a special power of attorney for IRS representation then ignored my requests for assistance paying the IRS.

I am deployed overseas serving our country and asked them to allow me to send them money to send to the IRS on my behalf. It's been 30 days and no response. The only responses they've ever sent me are "we will get back to you" messages.

When they wanted my money, they were responsive and aggressive. They have a slick, fast talking aggressive sales guy (Dan Ferguson). He gets you on the hook (secures your business) then passes you off to the case managers.

After they got my money, they were impossible to get substantive updates from. Atrocious communication. I have to send a barrage of emails over the course of weeks just to get an empty unhelpful response.

Corey makes good videos and was nice on the phone but this is clearly a very very poorly managed company. Avoid at all costs... especially if your case is even remotely complicated. They will gladly take customer money then completely ignore the customer. 

I asked for a refund. I don't expect a response nor refund.
