I visited chicago (5/30/2019) to receive my relatives first time. I have paid about 11 toll roads on my way as my gps re-routed and bring into the toll time and again. i had hard time finding the place and finally i did.

3 months later i have received 2 different violation notices ith big fines. i called customer service to understand better about this notice. The lady was not help at all. i requested the supervisor, called samay, she was the worst. she was very agressive and she simply wants me to pay without any question that i did mistakes, but she has no answer how do the toll works. she sounds like spanish-speaking person. she warned me to get higher bill if i question more as i wasted their time.

This is ridiculous that i don't have any right to understand the law, i just need to pay whatever the notice said. i can't afford to pay the huge additional fees as i work very hard 10 hours a day for 7 days and only make about to survive.

I feel bad for those who are innocent like me, hardworker and sincere in this country. who would never have an opportunity to do the right thing.

I wish there is a better way to make people aware/ understand about the toll-road. I am sure many people would aspect obvious signs, gate, light, atleast have an opportunity to have initial notice before the fines to pay for the missed toll-road.

I don't re-call seeing any of the obvious sign or gate as we don't have toll road in Michigan i didn't have idea how to deal with it online. I was aware of the i-pass lane that i can't go through it.

Please give me the logic answer, suggestion and comment.
