I was unemployed with a wife and 4 kids. I foolishly purchased the Internet Toolbox not realizing this in itself would not start me a business. I was soon contacted by an underlying company (N70)- the Internet Tool box was only a front)and offered the "real deal". I explained to the Rep my financial situation and he assured me step by step help to have a Web page up and running with a product in one month and THAT would be my source of income!

Reluctantly I accepted. I signed the forms they mailed and mailed them back. This is where the "Three Business Day Cancellation" clause is no longer valid (takes three days just to get there). All I got was a couple e-mails telling me where to look for information. We tried contacting the company (N-70) to no avail. Meanwhile the automatic withdraws from our bank account were more than the agreed amount. We made numerous phone calls but all failed. We finally decided to stop payments on this "Scam".

We recieved many over due bills and threats to sue us. Eventually I went for a job interview at the State prison with a starting salary of $32,000 a year! I was turned down because there was one flaw on my credit report - LEASECOMM !!!!

I tried working out a deal with Leasecomm, but the only thing they would accept was the full payment of $4,000. I borrowed money from family members and payed them off, but by then it was too late. My credit was already ruined and now I am still paying back my family. LEASECOMM cost me a job making 32k a year not to meantion the benefits!! Looks like leasecomm won again - or did they?

My crummy website has been down all weekend and so is the themeware-ipagebuilder site, does this mean they are finished? I hope they don't continue to bill me, I'm also at the end of my contract and if they don't release me i'll join any suit out there or initiate my own, there are a lot better more reputable web builders out there.
