Leann Perales, Eric Davis Did Not Pay Rent for Two Years, Damaged Property Rosedale, New York
This person is a tenant from hell. She came as a sheep, but turned out to be a wolf. She does not supervise her children. When they take baths they let the water overflow, and flood the house, they blocked the toilet with stuffed animals which overflowed and damaged the apartment below. When she cooks she pours the oil down the sink and jam up all the drain pipes which caused a lot of damage and expense for the plumber to get the fat out. She does not sort the garbage and caused me to have to pay citations with the sanitation department. Eric kicked in the door, ripped the screen door off the hinges, permanently damaged the bedroom window. She has a very nasty attitude problem and you cannot talk to her. I'm warning anybody who is thinking of renting her and her family their property should proceed with extreme caution. She owes me $26,000.00 (twenty-six thousand dollars) with no job and no intent to pay. I had to take her to court to evict her and it cost me $12,000.00 (twelve thousand dollars) in lawyer fees to get a judge's order for her to leave. Please do not rent to these people or you will run the risk of a great expense.
