On November 17, 2004 Max Advantage Communications, Inc utilized the services of LAX Park Place which is a parking facility bordering the Los Angeles International Airport. On this date our client was dropped off at the airport parking facility in the company vehicle for airport transportation purposes.

Additionally, valet pick up was scheduled to be made on November 19, 2004. We also scheduled a vehicle exterior/interior complete detail to be completed prior to the client pick up. Upon the clients return the vehicle was found to have an incomplete detail service. This was immediately pointed out to the valet driver who made a note and contacted his superior. The driver confirmed the failed detail to a manager over the phone.

Before disconnecting the call, the driver relayed a message to our client stating that management agreed that the charge for the complete detail of $139.00 would not be deducted, rather, the regular wash charge of $12.95 would be applied instead. The driver then requested a fax number so that documentation of the changes could be sent to the company for verification.

To this date, the promised adjustments were never made. There have been numerous attempts to correct the incorrect deduction from November 19, 2004 to the date of this letter, December 22, 2004, without success. In fact, not only does manager Akef Bakit refuse to cooperate, he refuses to respond. The purpose of utilizing the services of LAX Park Place was to send our client, who is undergoing treatment for cancer, to a first time visit to Las Vegas. The purpose of utilizing the valet service offered by LAX Park Place was to ease the departure/arrival transition as much as possible in order to avoid stress to the client's current medical condition.
