Complaint Review: Last minute movers 20 Guided Crt Etobicoke ON M9V 5G2 Phone (416) 889-6559

We called the mover and they were very nice on the phone, it was agreed that we will pay $275 for 3 hours and $35 for each additional 1/2 hour (we were expecting to finish it within 3 hours because it was only bedroom set and sofa set). When the guy came they said you have to pay $250 upfront before we load the stuff, After the payment they started saying its too much stuff you have to pay $450. My brother said ok return our money I don't want your service. They said its non refundable. So finally he said ok I will pay $450 now start moving. So they started loading the truck. Once they loaded the truck they said they are not going to move until you make full payment of $450.

So he told them wait here, he will go and get the cash and will be back in 5 minutes. So when he came back he saw all the stuff was on the ground and they were running by taking the empty truck. He tried to chased them but did not succeed. They were using these 2 phone numbers 416.889.6559 and 647.539.0282. When I searched these phone numbers on google, I found that they have been using this number 416.889.6559 under different companies and there are so many complaints like this about them on better business bureau and ripoff report websites. Please take some action so that other innocent people will be saved from their abusive/fraudulent behavior.
