They asked for $1500 refundable Pet Care Insurance for healthy puppy delivered.Sent money, no puppy. Next asked for thermal crate rental fee and deposit $795, refundable, but not $95 rental fee. Did not pay thermal. I asked for Calif. business license, no response.
