Dealership kept the $300 dollars Ken told my wife and I that we will be receiving. Not repairing scratches they said they would. Ken and Calvin lying about it all. Ken telling me when we got to the,”We Owe” paper, You don’t have to list the scratches on it; we’ll take care of it.

Calvin lying about sending me the item to take care of the scratches on my vehicle with the photos given. Dennis, Case Manager lies about calling me back on Friday August 14 as he promised to update me on this case# 76902127. I will continue to explain this horrible experience tomorrow, August 18, 2020.
