I ordered an item and they sent me a duplicate and then charged me double and for shipping. I had to pay to return the item and I have tracking information to prove I sent it back however they will not refund. Also the company is impossible to contact. They don't responded andnif they do finally respond it is a week later. Also the email are all scripted generic emails and don't assist in resolving the issues.
